The Hastings Heritage Trail is accessed just down the road from us – less than a minute drive.
Travel north to Maynooth, Lake St. Peter, Madawaska, Whitney and Barry’s Bay. Travel west to Highland Grove, Harcourt and Ironside. Travel south-east to Gilmour and over to Bon Echo and the Mazinaw Lake area.

Central Ontario Loop Trail
A 450km multi-use trail, open 12 months of the year. The trail consists of old rail line trails, and secondary roads. The trail passes through five counties, Hastings, Haliburton, City of Kawartha Lakes, Peterborough and Northumberland. Eastern Ontario Trail Alliance

Hastings Heritage Trail
The Heritage Trail is a 156 km multi-use recreational trail, which follows an old abandoned railway line linking Hastings County. It is a four season trail commonly used for walking, skiing, biking, horseback riding and recreational vehicle riding. The trail starts in Glen Ross and heads North to Lake St. Peter. There are many stops along the way which are sure to catch your interest.
